CONNECTIONS
PSYCHOTHERAPY

Welcome,
it's time for connection.
Many of us move through life feeling as though something is missing.
We work hard. We care deeply. We try to do all the things we're supposed to do. Yet beneath the surface, we may feel anxious, overwhelmed, lonely, stuck, or disconnected from ourselves and the people around us.
Sometimes we can explain why we feel this way. Sometimes we can't.
We may find ourselves repeating familiar patterns in relationships, questioning our direction in life, struggling to understand our emotions, or carrying a persistent sense that we are not fully living as ourselves.
At the heart of many of these experiences is disconnection.
Disconnection from our emotions, our needs, and our bodies.
Disconnection from our relationships, our values, and our sense of meaning.
Therapy offers a space to reconnect—with ourselves, with others, and with the parts of ourselves that may have been overlooked, hidden, or lost along the way.
Together, we can explore the experiences, beliefs, and patterns that have shaped your life. Through greater understanding and self-compassion, new possibilities for growth and meaningful change can begin to emerge.
Healing often begins when we feel truly seen.
My hope is to offer a space where you can slow down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are.
So, let's connect.
Meet Jen
I am a Nurse Practitioner-Psychotherapist with Canadian Certification in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing, licensed to practice in Ontario. I have over a decade of experience supporting individuals through emotional, psychological, relational, and life challenges.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy and a holistic understanding of each person’s experiences. I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves more deeply—our emotions, our relationships, our values, and the experiences that have shaped us.
Drawing from Compassionate Inquiry, Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (CBT and DBT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), I work collaboratively with clients to explore the patterns, beliefs, and protective strategies that may be contributing to distress or a sense of disconnection.
Together, we can cultivate greater self-understanding, emotional awareness, and self-compassion while building the skills and insight needed to create meaningful change and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with what matters most to you.
